How to use

Pour about 10-15 ml of undiluted mouthwash into a glass. Rinse for one minute, making sure the mouthwash reaches every corner of your mouth, and then spit it out. Remember not to swallow the mouthwash. It's advisable not to eat or drink anything for at least half an hour after use.
