How to use:
Before use, shake the roller well and apply it to the sensitive area (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, thighs, calves, ankles, feet, etc.) 3 times a day. The roller massage ball is ideal for self-massage of localized areas. Complete with a manual massage, if necessary, in this case, wash your hands after use.
