Wild-caught fish from cold seas, eggs, animal livers, and butter provide vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Some vegetables, such as cereals, mushrooms, and yeast, provide a small amount of vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol). Directions for use: 15 ml dropper bottle. 34 to 68 days – 5 to 10 drops/day.
