Nutavant Plus is the complete high-calorie and high-protein diet which aims to maintain or improve the nutritional status of patients with symptoms or risk of malnutrition.
Indicated for
Complete, high-calorie and high-protein diet to maintain or improve the nutritional status of oncological patients suffering from malnutrition and prevent weight loss. Oncological patients undergoing radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy. - Elderly patients with difficulty to cover their nutritional needs. – Diets for patients with high-calorie and high-protein requirements such as: Post-operative, metabolic stress, trauma, AIDS, cystic fibrosis, etc. – Prevention and adjuvant treatments of pressure ulcers. – Home enteral nutrition. – Mechanical disorders of deglutition or transit that occur with aphagia or severe dysphagia and which require a tube. – Suitable for patients over three years.
Nutritional characteristics
The standard dose (1.000 ml/day) provides 89g of proteins, 169g of carbohydrates, 65g of fats, 1.620 Kcal. and covers 100% of the RDA of vitamins and minerals.
