The turmeric rhizome contains substances called curcuminoids, of which curcumin is the most important. It is a powerful antioxidant that contributes to the flexibility of joints, muscles, and tendons. Curcumin is poorly absorbed by the body, so consuming large amounts of turmeric daily would be necessary to achieve optimal activity. The bio-optimized extract, exclusive to Dolocare® Flex, is obtained through a formulation process that allows curcumin to be absorbed much more easily than turmeric powder. How to use: 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules at night for the first month. Then, 2 capsules in the morning for maintenance.
